Daniel Smith acrylic-based gesso in Iridescent Gold, has a luminous gold sheen, from the mica and iron oxides it's made from. The gesso gives oil and acrylic artists a beautiful, luminous surface to paint on, quite different from ordinary white gesso. You'll love how the brilliant golden surface shines through various gaps in your brush strokes, or in unpainted areas when painting. Transparent colours will allow the golden colour to shine through. Daniel Smith Iridescent gesso gives artists a vibrant, lightfast and durable choice for their paintings, and provides an enchanting glow.
