Refund policy
Right of withdrawal and return of goods
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods or take physical possession of the last goods in the case of a contract for several different goods ordered in one order and delivered individually. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. The notice must be given by email to info@stelling.dk or by using the standard cancellation form. In your notice you must clearly indicate to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Christmas gifts purchased between 1 November and 24 December can be exchanged until 31 January of the following year.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to take delivery of the goods without giving us clear notice at the same time.
Returns
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery. Missing original packaging may constitute a loss of value, so to be sure of receiving a full refund, it is recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging.
Certain goods, by their nature, cannot be returned by normal post. This applies to: canvas rolls, large canvases, large easels, packages over 20 kg. The cost of return is expected to be a maximum of approximately DKK 450.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
1. Delivery of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, such as custom-made frames.
Condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store, but you may not put it into actual use.
If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will treat it as used, which means that if you cancel your purchase you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
Refund of the purchase price
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make any such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

The cost of returning the goods is expected to amount to a maximum of approximately DKK 100.
You can also cancel the purchase by giving clear notice and delivering it in person to the above address by prior arrangement.
We do not accept parcels sent unclaimed or COD.
Right to complain
The rules on defects in the Sales Law may apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a24-month right of complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt of dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Refund
In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price must be made. Refunds are normally always made by bank transfer, and Kunstkompagniet therefore needs information on the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided by email or other traditional correspondence.
Complaint
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@stelling.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities, provided that the conditions for doing so are met.
