Terms of trade

You must be at least 18 years old to shop at Stelling.dk. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parents.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched.

At Stelling you can pay by Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express and electronic invoice. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched. Stelling encrypts all your card details with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

The amount is only debited from your card when the goods are dispatched from stelling.dk. No amount greater than that which you have authorised at the time of purchase can ever be debited.

Delivery

GLS business delivery between 8-16 at a manned address 59 kr

*Extra large items such as easels and canvas rolls cannot be delivered to a pakkeshop.

*If the order is 500kr or more, the shipping to the parcel service is free.

All parcels are sent by GLS. You always pay only 39kr. to parcel shops (79 kr. to the door) to cover the postage when you shop with us. However, for volume goods there is a surcharge, which is shown on the product. Stelling pays the remainder of what it actually costs to send a package.

At Stelling we strive for fast delivery. All orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. If you need the items for a specific date please feel free to write it in the field under 'comments' and we will do our best to get them to the desired date. We stock most of the items you will find on our website. However, for orders of exceptionally large canvases and special sized hover frames, there is up to 8 - 10 day delivery. You will be notified by email or phone. However, some items may be sold out and there will be extra delivery time. In this case we will contact you.

Timely delivery is however subject to the transport companies we use complying with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with GLS/Post Danmark/other carriers, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Stelling cannot be held responsible for delays with GLS/PostDanmark/other carriers. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-deliveries, Stelling will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Deliveries to Bornholm and certain small islands are not covered by GLS or other carriers' objective of day-to-day delivery, as shipments to these areas may in some cases take 2 days. Stelling is always based on day-to-day delivery.

There is no delivery to the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

When purchasing a course, please print your order confirmation and show it at the start of the course.
