Pastel pencils

Pastel pencils are colored pencils with pastel color in the middle. Pastel is a very porous and saturated colour. Pastel is matte, opaque, and tends to crumble, therefore we recommend using a pastel fixative after finishing pastel drawing work. Thanks to the practical pencil shape, you avoid getting your fingers too dirty when working with pastels, which give off pastel dust. Pastel is an ancient drawing technique, often used for portraiture.
