Stellings Silver black canvases

Stellings Silver black cotton/polyester canvas is made from quality cotton and is stretched on a sturdy 19 mm pine blind frame. Excellent for oil and acrylic painting, from thin liquids to thick media.

Our canvases are primed with 2 layers of black *gesso with a medium texture.

*What is gesso?

Gesso is a type of primer used before painting to prepare the surface and improve the quality of the painting. It is a thick paste that is usually white, but can also be clear or black. Gesso is applied to create an even and smooth surface.

• Stapled on the back - wedges included.
