Stelling Gold Linen Canvases

Stelling Gold linen canvases are handmade in the highest quality and are primed with universal white *gesso 2 times. Excellent for both acrylic and oil painting. With linen you get a piece of canvas that is less absorbent and with a finer surface structure.

*What is gesso?

Gesso is a type of primer used before painting to prepare the surface and improve the quality of the painting. It is a thick paste that is usually white, but can also be clear or black. Gesso is applied to create an even and smooth surface.
