The Natural series consists of sturdy boar-hair brushes for priming, patina application, and other coarse techniques where a stiff and durable brush is essential. This model (7040) is filbert-shaped (oval, slightly tapered).

The bristles—Chongqing pig bristles—make this brush very stiff and springy, with high paint-holding capacity. Recommended for canvas, wood, plaster, and primed surfaces.
