Rasmus "Mish" Bessermann is a young Danish artist and graphic designer from Copenhagen. "Pencil, brush and ink have been my faithful companions all my life - tools that offer me refuge in the free space of creation."

Mish is fascinated by working with abstraction without negative space. Here, the world and its objects are transformed into geometric compositions where everything is reduced to simple shapes: an eye is a circle, a nose is a triangle, etc. "For me, originality is the cornerstone of good art. I strive to have a style that is distinctly my own - recognizable, unique and consistent." This celebration of expressive originality comes from his lifelong fascination with street art, stickers and comics.
