Stelling opens gallery

We have teamed up with sister store Drips Cph to open a gallery in Lille Kirkestræde. The gallery will feature pop-up exhibitions and a webshop selling the artists' works. Through the gallery and webshop, we will exhibit and sell a wide range of contemporary art from Denmark and abroad.

The webshop with works is currently under construction.

Friday 24-10-2025 there will be an exhibition opening with Isaac Malakkai and Martin Lints - Birds of a Feather and Mish - Parallel Rhythms - See the Facebook event here.

From vision to reality

For generations, Stelling has been a trusted partner for artists - from amateurs to professionals - providing everything from classic materials to modern tools. But the gallery marks a new phase: now Stelling can also showcase what artists create with these materials.

More than a business

Today, Stelling describes itself as a hub for artistic expression, and the gallery is a natural extension of this idea. While the company has traditionally supported artists in their creative process with advice, guidance and quality materials, the gallery now provides a space to celebrate the diversity of art and the finished works.

"We have always believed that the right tools can inspire a deeper connection between the artist and the work. With the gallery, we now also invite the audience into that connection," says Stelling Director Niels Peter Dahl.

Past meets future

The opening of the gallery is about embracing the future while staying true to its roots. The relationship of trust that Stelling has built with customers over generations will be carried on in a new form. The gallery will be a place where past and present come together - a place where both established artists and those exploring their first strokes can meet.
