Golden Open

Golden Open acrylic paint is for you who may be used to work with oil paint, but would like to switch to acrylic paint. Golden Open acrylic paint has a longer drying time, and therefore gives you the opportunity to work longer with each individual coat of paint - just like oil paint. However, the drying time of Golden Open acrylic paint is slightly shorter than the drying time of oil paint. Golden Open acrylic paint has a buttery consistency reminiscent of Golden Heavy body, however, the Golden Open shrinks slightly when it dries up. The Golden Open has the same high pigment content as Golden's other acrylic series, and the Golden Open can easily be used with other acrylic paints.
