At Stelling you can pay by Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, ShopPay, GooglePay and ApplePay. The payment will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched. Stelling encrypts all your card details with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized parties cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

The amount is only debited from your card when the goods are dispatched from stelling.dk. No amount greater than that which you have authorised at the time of purchase can ever be debited.

Delivery

All packages are shipped with GLS or PostNord.

For Greenland, Faroe Islands and Greece we ship with GLS and for Norway, Finland, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Portugal we ship with PostNord.
You can see your delivery costs in the basket as this depends on how you would like your package delivered and to which country.

NOTE: Please note higher shipping costs for heavy or high volume items such as graphic presses, large easels and canvases over 80x100 cm.

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. On major shopping days, such as Black Friday, situations may arise where the carrier delivers to a different parcel shop than the one chosen due to space constraints.

If you buy Christmas gifts in our webshop, we recommend that you order your gifts in good time, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in time for Christmas. It will always be stated on the front page what date it is recommended to buy before, and here Stelling will always take as a basis the indicated time received by GLS or PostNord.

We strive for fast delivery. If you need the item for a specific date, you can indicate this in the "comments" field. We will make every effort to get the item to you in time. We carry most items that are on our website. However, for orders of canvases and frames in special sizes, items with extra delivery time, the delivery time is 8-10 business days. However, some items may be sold out and therefore have a longer delivery time. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to printing errors, typographical errors and errors on our website.

However, timely delivery requires that the carriers we use comply with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays with GLS/other carriers, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Stelling cannot be held responsible for delays by GLS/other carriers. In the event of very late (several days) or outright non-deliveries, Stelling will of course send a new delivery free of charge.
