What information do we collect about you
We collect information about you when you shop in our webshop, as well as when you create an account in the webshop, or join the customer club. We also collect information if you participate in competitions on our social media. Use of the webshop is collected via cookiesWe collect the following when ordering in the webshop:

How we use the information about you
We collect the information about you to complete your order, manage your account, send customer club bonuses, and if you allow, send you emails with news, offers, new knowledge and inspiration we think might interest you. We work with companies that are responsible for providing certain services on our behalf. This includes optimising the web shop, payment processing within the web shop, manufacturing speciality goods from our suppliers and freight companies who deliver your goods from us. These companies only use the information to provide services to you and do not store the information afterwards.

Stelling does NOT share or sell your personal information for marketing purposes.

Marketing

If you have agreed to receive newsletter emails from us, we will send you newsletter emails with information, offers, inspiration and knowledge about products that interest you.When you join the customer club we will collect your data, including email address, so that you can fully benefit from the advantages of the customer club. This includes offers, news, notification of customer club bonuses, special events and the like.

You have the right to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all our newsletters.

Access your information and make corrections
You have the right to obtain a copy of the information we hold on you. If you would like a copy please emailinfo@stelling.dk.
