Da Vinci Mottler 5040

The Da Vinci Top-Acryl Series 5040 is a brush with an intriguing history: in the 1960s, the German painter Günther Fruhtrunk requested brushes made from cow ear hair for his work. Today, synthetic fibers play a major role in meeting similar special requests from wholesalers and customers. The brush has been tried and tested for use with thick-consistency paints as well as watercolors, where its absorbency is truly outstanding.

The brush is made of a dark brown synthetic fiber blend and is suitable for thicker acrylic and art paints, as well as for texturing, varnishing, and priming. Thanks to DUROPLUS technology, the brush has an exceptionally long lifespan.
