Isaac Malakkai is a painter, illustrator and street artist with a very recognizable style. Since the end of 1999 he has been painting in the streets and his work can be seen from Spain to China, Mexico and all over Europe. He was born in Almería, Spain, but is now based in Denmark. A great love of line and composition is a common thread in his work, which is always characterized by a certain irony and a strong contextual anchoring. His color choices are often muted - a legacy of the iconic landscape of his hometown, the Tabernas Desert.

Isaac's studio work has been shown in exhibitions in Barcelona, Almería, Paris, Johannesburg, Sydney and Aarhus, among others.
